Summer is suddenly sweltering in Seattle and the perfect cure for a sweaty evening sans AC is a bottle of crisp icy cold white wine. Tonight, we cracked open a bottle of Joel Gott Sauvignon Blanc. Honestly, any cold white wine would have hit the spot, but this was pretty good: light, fruity, and really good really cold.
According to Gott: The 2007 California Sauvignon Blanc embodies fruit from a variety of distinguished vineyards throughout California. We target regions that help us create the style of sauvignon blanc we love to drink.
