The second stop on Seattle’s sandwich triumverante tour, Paseo is just the kind of place would lead Anthony Bourdain to say something obscene about cuba, the caribbean, or the combination of incredibly fresh baguette, roasted pork, jalapenos, grilled onions, mayo, and a piece of lettuce.  
Don’t waste time getting lost on the menu, get the #2, and come back and try something different next time.
