Dr Vino brings up an interesting trend in wine making where the wine maker (or marketing department) is actually listing out all of the ingredients on the back label.
A couple thoughts on this.
- 1. lets not bring any more regulations to this industry and require wines to list ingredients.
- 2. I like the idea of seeing what is thrown into the two buck chucks of the world.
Looking back at our first vintage, the ingredient list would be pretty short: grapes from unkown producer in unknown region of Washington (we think), sulfates, wine yeast, yeast energizer.
